To All Club Members,

The Club Annual General Meeting is on Wednesday 5 May 2010 at 8-00pm at the New Community Church, 24 Station Road, Sidcup, Kent. The revised agenda with new nominations and minutes of the previous meeting are attached. All members should make every effort to attend.

This is an important meeting where decisions about the future of the club are made. Members can also stand for club officer positions. Any member can nominate himself for any position, provided the nomination is received by post/e-mail or telephone by the Secretary by 4 May 2010. Only if no nominations are received for a post prior to the meeting, may nominations be taken from the floor.
